Do HAVU watches withstand water?
Our watches withstand normal splashes of water in daily use. Their water resistance rating is 3 ATM or 5 ATM depending on the model. You don't need to worry about your watch getting wet during regular use. However, it's not advisable to submerge the watch in water or use it in the shower.
Where is the nearest HAVU retailer located?

Does your online store operate in Finland?
Yes. We are a Finnish family-owned company. We ship the ordered product directly to you from our warehouse in Oulu.
How does the warranty for the watches work?
The warranty covers any potential manufacturing defects in the products for a period of 2 years. The warranty covers damages that are not caused by the user. We will replace the broken part or the entire watch with a new one if it falls under warranty. The order confirmation serves as the warranty certificate. We also keep the warranty information for the watches during their warranty period. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding warranty issues.
Are the watches equipped with batteries?
All our watches powered by quartz movements come with batteries pre-installed - so you can put your new HAVU on your wrist straight out of the box.

How are orders delivered?
We deliver our products via a local delivery business. You can choose the most suitable option for you at the checkout page. We always offer the most economical available shipping option free of charge.
Packages are securely packaged to ensure that your watch arrives in perfect condition.
What is your delivery time?
We want your new purchase to arrive as soon as possible. Therefore, we ship all orders no later than the next business day, with a delivery time of 1-3 business days.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?
No worries! Our products come with a 50-day satisfaction guarantee. So, you can try out the product at your leisure. If you're not satisfied with your choice, returns are free of charge within 50 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service via email regarding returns.
